Natural-looking lift, refined tone, and a steadier face over time — through skilled, consistent care.
Microcurrent is one of our favorite non-invasive tools at Xenana, and the reason is simple: it supports visible refinement without changing your face. It softens puffiness, improves facial tone, and creates a more lifted-looking contour — while you still look completely, recognizably like yourself.
One session can feel like an instant refresh. But the steady, lasting change comes from consistency — which is the whole philosophy behind how we use it.
What is microcurrent?
Microcurrent uses a low-level electrical current that mirrors your body’s own natural bioelectric activity. Working at that gentle level lets us support the face in a few specific ways:
- Steadier facial tone over time, by gently re-educating the muscles of the face
- Less puffiness and heaviness, by supporting healthy circulation
- A refreshed, more vital look, by supporting the skin’s own cellular energy
The simplest way to think about it: microcurrent is a bit like strength training for your face. You can feel a difference after a single session — but just like the gym, it’s the consistency that makes results hold.
What results can you expect?
Microcurrent results are best described as subtle but real. You won’t look different — you’ll look rested, refined, like the version of yourself after a great night’s sleep and a long vacation. Clients commonly notice:
- A lifted-looking brow and a brighter, more open eye area
- More defined cheek and jaw contour
- Reduced puffiness and facial heaviness
- A smoother, more refined overall look
- Skin that looks fresher and more “finished” — with no downtime
What makes microcurrent at Xenana different?
For us, microcurrent isn’t a generic add-on — it’s one of our core areas of expertise. We use BioTherapeutic microcurrent protocols and a sculpting approach that’s equal parts technical and tactile. The result is a treatment that feels genuinely restorative while producing real, visible refinement. Skilled hands matter here as much as the technology, and that’s where we put our care.
Two ways to work: Turbo Lift and Bio Ultimate Sculpt
We offer microcurrent in two forms, depending on what you’re after.
Turbo Lift (60 minutes) is our focused lift for the brow, cheeks, and jawline. It’s ideal when you want an immediate-looking lift, less puffiness, and a fresh, polished contour. It’s lovely as a one-off before photos or an event — and even better as a short series when you want that lift to start holding on its own.
Bio Ultimate Sculpt (90 minutes) is our most complete microcurrent treatment. This is the deeper, more elevated work for clients who want the most microcurrent has to offer — steadier tone, lasting contour support, and ongoing facial vitality over time. We finish with LED to calm and support the skin as your results settle.
The short version: both are microcurrent sculpting — Turbo lifts and refreshes; Bio Ultimate sculpts more deeply for longer-term tone. If you’re not sure which fits your goals, we’re glad to help you choose.
Why a series works
If a single microcurrent session is a good workout, a series is where the training actually adapts.
With consistent sessions, microcurrent shifts from a one-time lift to something steadier and more dependable:
- More stable muscle tone, through ongoing re-education
- More consistent contour definition
- Better day-to-day puffiness control
- A more reliable “lifted-looking” baseline you can count on
This is exactly why we build microcurrent around cadence rather than one-off visits. The first session shows you what’s possible; the series is what makes it last.
Microcurrent and injectables: meeting you where you are
This is one of the most common questions we hear, and our answer is simple and judgment-free: if you get Botox or other injectables, microcurrent can pair with them beautifully.
The two do different things. Injectables can relax specific expression patterns. Microcurrent supports tone, circulation, and overall facial vitality. For many clients, the combination is a balanced way to feel refined without feeling overdone — which is the whole spirit of how we work.
A note on timing: we generally suggest waiting 7 to 14 days after Botox before a microcurrent session, to let the treatment fully settle. Two weeks is the most conservative window. For filler or other injectables, timing varies by product and placement, so if you’re unsure, just ask — we’re happy to help you sequence things so your schedule supports the best of both.
Wherever you are in your own approach to aging, you’re welcome here. No judgment, no pressure — just skilled care that works with what you’re already doing.
Going further: the Cellular Renewal Program
If you love what microcurrent does and want to take it further, microcurrent is also the heart of our Cellular Renewal Program — where we pair it with the Osmosis Infusion Facial on a structured cadence. Microcurrent refines the structure of the face; the infusion builds skin quality at the cellular level. On a consistent rhythm, the two compound, and the results of each session build on the last. It’s our most complete path for clients who want visible change that’s steady, grounded, and built to last.
