  • 1 large can of diced tomatoes

Salsa-Fresca-Recipe-LgHow to make it

Combine cilantro, green pepper, hot peppers, garlic, and onion in the food processor. Secure the lid and use the pulse option to finely chop the ingredients. Once you have reached the desired consistency, add the can of diced tomatoes and pulse again. Blend the salsa until it reaches a consistency of your liking. For thinner, more watery salsas, grind for longer. For a more chunky salsa, use the pulse option and grind for less time. Put in a bowl, serve, and enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips! Serve it at a perty or enjoy some fore later.

Makes 7-8 servings
